A robot scrolls. Endlessly. Through pages of memes and jokes, at the relentlessness of a machine.

The question came from another direction. When human work is automated away, what becomes of an automated being with no work to do? The piece suggests the same thing we do. Stare at a screen. Wait for nothing in particular.

It is a museum object, not a utilitarian one. It does not light a room. It does not solve a problem. It returns one.
